Amy McMenamin
Amy has been teaching art for over ten years at several schools,
universities and museums; including Bucks County
Community College's "Kids on Campus"
program and youth art classes at the Philadelphia
Museum of Art. She has a Bachelor's of Fine
Arts degree from the Cleveland Institute of Art
with an emphasis in painting, drawing and art
history. She is also in the process
of completing the Pennsylvania Art Teacher
Certification Program at Moore College of Art
and Design in Philadelphia. Her goal is
to encourage energetic creativity in the
students of OLGC through drawing, painting and
sculpting using a variety of mixed media.
Lessons will include a strong emphasis in art
history while integrating other subjects into
the art making process.
Read about Mrs. McMenamin in a local publication, April, 2011.
