Mrs. Kristen Dempsey has a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire and an MA in Liberal Studies from Rutgers. She is certified in both secondary English and Gifted and Talented, and she has 17 years of experience teaching advanced English from 6th grade up to 12th grade AP lit and Comp. She and her husband, Craig, share 4 cats and 3 kids: Ben and Ali are twins in 9th grade, and Nate is a senior. In her spare time… like waiting in the car line after hockey, lacrosse, band, or basketball practices… Mrs. Dempsey is reading voraciously or working on the OLGC color guard show.
