Mrs. Donohue earned her B.S. in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math at Arcadia University. She began her teaching career at Mother of Divine Grace teaching fifth grade. She then taught Grades 4 and 6 at St. Albert the Great. Mrs. Donohue has been at Our Lady of Good Counsel School for over sixteen years. She was an aide in Grade 6 and taught the Language Arts program for Grade 7. She was then the Physical Education teacher for Pre-K 3 to 8th Grade and was also the Academic Support teacher for Grades 1 through 5. Mrs. Donohue is presently the fifth grade Homeroom Teacher teaching Math and Religion to the middle school students. In the classroom, Mrs. Donohue engages the students in her lessons. Knowing that each student is different, she uses various teaching styles so that each child can perform to the very best of their ability. Mrs. Donohue enjoys teaching in Catholic School. She likes to see the students grow academically as well as in their faith. Anyone who knows Mrs. Donohue knows that she does not like the cold! Mrs. Donohue loves the warm weather and especially loves the beach!
