Stephanie Adamow is a graduate of La Salle University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a concentration in English/Publishing. After a career as a writer and editor, she became fascinated with fitness, pursuing a path in health and wellness. She earned her certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and became certified as a Youth Exercise Specialist (also from NASM). An avid exercise enthusiast and runner, she believes that teaching a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition at an early age is crucial to overall health and wellness into adulthood. The physical education curriculum focuses on developing movement; learning fitness concepts; fostering cooperation, and employing team building skills in addition to improving self confidence. At home, Stephanie is a wife to Wayne and mom to three boys Owen, Alex and Nicolas, in addition to being a furmom to Dude the Labradoodle!
